Ingredients
  • 1 Bottle fruit pectin
  • 7 1/2 c Sugar
  • 4 c Prepared fruit

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel peaches.
  • Step #2 Pit, & grind or crush.
  • Step #3 If peaches lack flavor, add juice of 1 lemon.
  • Step #4 mix sugar & fruit.
  • Step #5 Heat rapidly to full rolling boil.
  • Step #6 Stir constantly before & while boiling.
  • Step #7 Boil hard 1 min.
  • Step #8 remove this from fire.
  • Step #9 stir in the fruit pectin.
  • Step #10 Skim & stir alternately for 5 mins to cool jam slightly & to prevent floating fruit.
