Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 sm Chili pepper, sliced
  • Butter
  • 1 ts Sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 ts Tomato paste
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 c Natural chunky peanut
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1 ts Sesame oil
  • 1/4 c Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 ts Brown sugar
  • 1 ts Sesame tahini

Directions
  • Step #1 Follow the direction for Basic Bean Burgers above with the following changes.
  • Step #2 Omit the oregano & add 1/2 tsp ginger.
  • Step #3 During the last pulse of the food processor/blender add 1/4 c sliced peanuts.
  • Step #4 Leave them crunchy.
  • Step #5 Form into patties as described above & serve this with Satay Sauce.
  • Step #6 In a heavy saucepan saute the onion, garlic, & chili pepper in the sesame oil & corn oil.
  • Step #7 When translucent, add the peanut butter and stir until melted.
  • Step #8 Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #9 Simmer over medium heat for 10 mins.
  • Step #10 Serve over grilled peanut burgers.
