Peanut Butter Cookies Bw Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Milk
1/2 c Shortening
1 c Peanut Butter
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 c Granulated sugar
3/4 ts Baking Soda
1 1/4 c Flour

Directions

Step #1 1.
Step #2 Heat oven to 375?F.
Step #3 2.
Step #4 Cream together; shortening, peanut butter, both sugars & vanilla.
Step #5 Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for one min.
Step #6 Add egg & milk.
Step #7 Beat until well mixed.
Step #8 3.
Step #9 mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt & add to creamed mixture.
Step #10 Mix well.
Step #11 4.
Step #12 Drop rounded tbsps of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Step #13 Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour.
Step #14 Bake fo 8 to 10 mins.
Step #15 Cool 2 mins then remove cookies from cookie sheet onto a cooling rack.
Step #16 Makes 2 dozen cookies.
