Peanut Butter Fudge #2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sliced peanuts
  • 1/3 c Chunky peanut butter
  • 1 lb Confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 1/3 c Dry powdered milk
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1/3 c Light corn syrup
  • 1 tb Water

Directions
  • Step #1 A no-cook fudge, using confectioners' sugar.
  • Step #2 In top of double boiler, mix butter & peanut butter & melt.
  • Step #3 Sift together confectioners' sugar & dry powdered milk; set aside.
  • Step #4 Add corn syrup, water, & vanilla to the peanut butter mixture.
  • Step #5 stir in the about half the dry ingredients, mix well, then add the remaining dry ingredients.
  • Step #6 mix until very smooth.
  • Step #7 stir in the sliced peanuts.
  • Step #8 Turn into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  • Step #9 Cut into squares.
  • Step #10 Makes about 48 pieces.
