Ingredients
  • 2 ts Baking Powder
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 c Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 c Lowfat Milk
  • 1/3 c Peanuts, sliced
  • 1/3 c Bran

Directions
  • Step #1 mix the flour, bran, baking powder & sugar in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Add the remaining ingredients & mix.
  • Step #3 Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin c.
  • Step #4 Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 mins.
