Clam Chowder Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 green onions, sliced
  • 3 (6.5 oz) cans sliced clams with juice
  • 1 (8 oz) package uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c sliced onion

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Place macaroni in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 mins, until al dente, & drain.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #4 In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, clams with juice, 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, potato soup, onion, lemon juice, green onions, eggs, & pepper.
  • Step #5 Transfer to a large casserole dish, & top this with remaining cheese.
  • Step #6 Bake 30 mins in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted & bubbly.
