Clover's Shrimp And Basil Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 c shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsps dark sesame oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsps grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3/4 tsp hot red pepper flakes

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the olive oil & sesame oil in a skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Mix in the ginger, garlic, & red pepper flakes.
  • Step #3 Cook & stir 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Stir the shrimp, red bell pepper, & yellow bell pepper into the skillet.
  • Step #5 Over high heat, cook 3 to 4 mins, until opaque.
  • Step #6 Turn off heat, & mix in the basil leaves.
