Cucumber Soupi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c cottage cheese
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 c cucumber - peeled, seeded & shredded
  • 2 tbsps grated onion
  • 2 c buttermilk
  • 1 pinch seasoning salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Grate cucumber & onion, & strain out liquid.
  • Step #2 In a mixer, mix cream of celery soup, buttermilk, cucumber & onion mixture.
  • Step #3 Blend, add one c of cottage cheese & mix again.
  • Step #4 Since the mixer may not hold all of the ingredients, pour half of mixed mixture into a bowl.
  • Step #5 Add remaining cottage cheese & mix.
  • Step #6 Combine all soup into one bowl & stir in the seasoning salt.
  • Step #7 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
