Step #1
In a bowl, mix the first four ingredients; mix well.
Step #2 Pour 2/3 c marinade into large resealable plastic bag; add the pork chops.
Step #3 Seal bag & turn to coat.
Step #4 Refrigerate for 8 hrs or overnight.
Step #5 Cover & put in the fridge remaining marinade for basting.
Step #6 Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.
Step #7 Drain marinade from pork.
Step #8 Grill, covered, over med-heat/flame for 6-10 mins on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F; basting every once in awhile with reserved marinade.
