Crab Saladii Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c seashell pasta
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 (12 oz) package imitation crabmeat
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 c diagonally sliced celery
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 packet artificial sweetener
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tomato, seeded & sliced
  • 1/2 c sliced black olives
  • 5 radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Add pasta & cook for 8 to 10 mins or until al dente; rinse with cold water & drain.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, lemon juice, dill, basil & oregano, artificial sweetener, vinegar, garlic powder, whisk together the mayonnaise, adjusting seasonings to suit your taste.
  • Step #4 Add the pasta to the dressing & toss to coat.
  • Step #5 Add the crab, olives, green pepper, radishes, onion, tomato & celery & carefully fold into the salad mixture.
  • Step #6 Cover & put in the fridge until serving.
