Crab With Stilton Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 12 oz cooked crabmeat
  • 1/4 lb seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Melt butter in a saucepan over med-heat/flame, add mushrooms & white wine.
  • Step #3 Cook stirring until mushrooms are slightly softened, & about 1/4 c white wine remains.
  • Step #4 Remove the mushrooms, & set aside.
  • Step #5 Arrange the crabmeat in the bottom of a small baking dish.
  • Step #6 Layer with the mushrooms, green onions, & grapes.
  • Step #7 Drizzle with the butter & wine mixture, & top this with Stilton cheese.
  • Step #8 Bake 10 to 12 mins in the preheated oven, until the dish is heated through & bubbly.
