Coconut Cream Cakei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) can coconut cream
  • 1 (16 oz) package confectioners' sugar
  •  
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package white cake mix
  • 1 c flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease & flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #3 In a medium bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, sour cream & cream of coconut.
  • Step #4 Mix until well mixed.
  • Step #5 Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Step #6 Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  • Step #7 Allow to cool.
  • Step #8 Make the frosting while your cake cools.
  • Step #9 In a medium bowl, cream together the confectioners sugar, cream cheese & milk.
  • Step #10 Stir in the vanilla.
  • Step #11 Frost cooled cake then sprinkle with coconut.
