• 2 tbsps butter, melted
• 2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
• 3 c confectioners' sugar, divided
• 3/4 c powdered milk
• 1/2 c light corn syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Step #1 In a medium mixing bowl, stir this together butter & chocolate.
• Step #2 Beat in corn syrup, 2 c of confectioner's sugar, powdered milk & vanilla.
• Step #3 Dough will be stiff.
• Step #4 Sprinkle top a work surface with the remaining 1 c confectioners' sugar.
• Step #5 Turn dough out onto work surface & knead until remaining sugar is incorporated.
• Step #6 Shape into small logs & wrap in waxed paper.
