Chewy Chocolate Candies Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsps butter, melted
2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
3 c confectioners' sugar, divided
3/4 c powdered milk
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step #1 In a medium mixing bowl, stir this together butter & chocolate.
Step #2 Beat in corn syrup, 2 c of confectioner's sugar, powdered milk & vanilla.
Step #3 Dough will be stiff.
Step #4 Sprinkle top a work surface with the remaining 1 c confectioners' sugar.
Step #5 Turn dough out onto work surface & knead until remaining sugar is incorporated.
Step #6 Shape into small logs & wrap in waxed paper.
Step #7 .
