Chicken In Every Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 4 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 c biscuit/baking mix
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 3 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 c frozen peas
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan, soup, mix chicken, carrots, broth, peas, salt & pepper; bring to a boil, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, mix biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder & celery seed (mixture will be thin).
  • Step #3 Pour hot chicken mixture into eight greased ovenproof 10-oz.
  • Step #4 custard c or casseroles.
  • Step #5 Immediately spoon 1/4 c of biscuit mixture evenly on top of each.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Step #7 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 mins or until topping is golden brown.
