Chicken Savoy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 (2 to 3 lb) whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c chicken stock
  • 1/4 c grated Romano cheese
  • 1/8 c extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #3 Pour oil & stock over chicken & sprinkle with garlic.
  • Step #4 Spice up with oregano, salt & pepper & top this with cheese.
  • Step #5 Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 60 mins, or until chicken is cooked through & no longer pink inside.
  • Step #6 Pour vinegar over chicken & serve.
