Crunchy No Bake Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 6 1/2 oz salted peanuts
  • 2 (5 oz) cans chow mein noodles
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, butter, mix brown sugar, honey & cinnamon.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame; cook & stir for 1 min.
  • Step #3 Remove from the heat; stir in the vanilla.
  • Step #4 Add noodles & peanuts; carefully stir this to coat.
  • Step #5 Transfer to a greased 9-in.
  • Step #6 square pan.
  • Step #7 Cover with waxed paper; press into an even layer.
  • Step #8 Let stand for at least 1 hr before cutting.
