Creamy Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c hot water
  • 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Cook lasagna noodles for 8 to 10 mins, or until al dente.
  • Step #3 Drain, rinse with cold water, & set aside.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, place the chicken in a saucepan with enough water to cover, & bring to a boil.
  • Step #5 Cook for 20 mins, or until no longer pink & juices run clear.
  • Step #6 Remove from saucepan, & shred.
  • Step #7 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #8 Dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water.
  • Step #9 In a large bowl, cream cheese, mix the chicken with the bouillon, & 1 c mozzarella cheese.
  • Step #10 Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #11 Cover with the chicken mixture, & top this with 3 lasagna noodles; repeat.
  • Step #12 Top with remaining sauce, & sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Step #13 Bake for 45 mins in the preheated oven.
