Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz) can sliced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 1/2 lbs crawfish, peeled
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan on medium heat, saute onion until clear.
  • Step #2 Add tomato soup, mushroom soup, & canned tomatoes.
  • Step #3 Simmer for 15 mins.
  • Step #4 Place the crawfish into the pan & let simmer for 25 mins.
