Cloud Nine Butterscotch Squares Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c butter
1/2 c milk
1 (3.4 oz) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
2 eggs
1 c rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Step #1 Mix the butter or margarine, eggs, instant pudding mix, & vanilla.
Step #2 Stir well.
Step #3 Mix in the flour, milk, baking powder, oats & chocolate chips.
Step #4 Bake in 9 inch pan for 20 to 25 mins at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #5 Frost with chocolate icing.
