Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbsps heavy whipping cream
1/2 c white sugar
4 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp white sugar
1 egg
6 tbsps all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c butter, sliced
1/3 c white sugar
4 (2.16 oz) bars chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy, sliced
6 tbsps butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 oz milk chocolate, sliced
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white
1 (1 oz) square unsweetened chocolate, sliced
10 oz cream cheese, softened
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 To Make Crust: In a medium mixing bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, & melted butter.
Step #3 Mix all together & press mixture firmly into a 9 inch pie pan.
Step #4 To Make Fudge Layer: In a medium mixing bowl mix flour, baking powder, & salt.
Step #5 Mix well.
Step #6 In a double boiler melt semisweet chocolate & unsweetened chocolate together with 1/2 c butter or margarine, stirring until smooth.
Step #7 Cool slightly.
Step #8 Meanwhile beat sugar, whole egg, & egg white in a medium bowl until slightly thickened.
Step #9 To this mixture add vanilla & cooled chocolate.
Step #10 Mix until well mixed.
Step #11 Stir in dry ingredient mixture & mix until just mixd.
Step #12 Pour mixture into crust & bake in preheated oven for about 17 mins, or until just set.
Step #13 Cool on a rack for 10 mins.
Step #14 Place candy bar slices on this layer.
Step #15 To Make Cream Cheese Layer: In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese & sugar until mixed.
Step #16 Add egg & vanilla extract & beat until smooth.
Step #17 Spread mixture over candy bars & bake for 15 mins, or until set.
Step #18 Cool on rack.
Step #19 To Make Garnish: In a small saucepan stir milk chocolate & whipping cream over low heat/flame until smooth.
Step #20 Drizzle over pie.
Step #21 Refrigerate & serve chilled.
