Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 5 hot dogs, sliced
  • 2 (8.5 oz) packages corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 (11 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix corn bread mix & brown sugar.
  • Step #2 Combine eggs & milk; stir in theto dry ingredients until moistened.
  • Step #3 Stir in corn & hot dogs (batter will be thin).
  • Step #4 Fill greased or paper-lined muffin c three-fourths full Bake at 400F degrees F for 14-18 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #5 Serve as soon as possible or put in the fridge.
