Step #1
Brown beef & onion in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step #2 Place browned mixture in a large pot & stir in the the tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic, cayenne pepper, vinegar, cinnamon, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.
Step #3 Simmer, uncovered, over low heat/flame for 1 1/2 hrs.
Step #4 When meat mixture has about 20 mins cooking time left, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Step #5 Add pasta & cook for 8 to 10 mins or until al dente; drain & set aside.
Step #6 Serve meat mixture over cooked spaghetti topped with cheese, beans, olives & sliced onion.
