Chicken Enchilada Casserolei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked & shredded
  • 4 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can chili beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz) jar salsa
  • 6 (12 inch) flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1/4 c sliced onion
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, salsa, cream of chicken soup, mix sour cream, onion & chili beans.
  • Step #3 Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with 1/3 tortilla strips.
  • Step #4 Top with 1/3 chicken, 1/3 sour cream mixture & 1/3 Cheddar cheese.
  • Step #5 Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
  • Step #6 Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 mins, or until golden & bubbly.
  • Step #7 Let stand about 10 mins, or as long as you can stand it!!! You're done!.
