How to make it

  • Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
  • saute onion and garlic
  • add chicken to skillet and cook till no longer pink.
  • drain beans and rinse
  • add beans, chilies, and corn to chicken
  • (add water if needed to prevent sticking)
  • add spices and seasoning.
  • cook until corn is tender.
  • Serve with rice.
