Smoked Salmon

- 6 salmon fillets-skin on shopping list
- 6 teas. dark brown sugar shopping list
- 4 Tbps. melted butter shopping list
- small pieces of Alder wood shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the alder for at least an hour.
- Place alder in smoker per instructions.
- Set fillets on grills and start the cooking process.
- With my smoker, it takes 45 minutes for the fish to be done.
- Now, I brush the top side with butter.
- Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of the brown sugar evenly on each fillet.
- Close cover and cook another 5-10 minutes, until sugar dissolves.
- Serve warm and enjoy
