Maple Mustard Chicken

- 6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. ea) shopping list
- 1/2 c maple syrup shopping list
- 1/3 c whole grain mustard shopping list
- 2 Tbs quick- cooking tapioca shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in 3 qt. slow cooker. In small bowl,combine syrup,mustard and tapioca;pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or till chicken juices run clear. Serve with rice.
