Chicken Enchilada Casserole

- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed shopping list
- 1-14.75 oz can cream of chicken soup (larger can than normal) shopping list
- 2-4 oz cans of diced green chili (more to taste) shopping list
- 2-3 c. shredded cheddar (sharper the better) shopping list
- 4-8oz sour cream shopping list
- 8-12 small corn tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Combine chicken, soup, and green chilis.
- 3. Cover bottom of casserole dish (9"X9") with corn tortillas, place about 1 c of chicken mix, then cover with 1 c. cheese.
- 4. Repeat until out of chicken mix.
- 5. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly hot and yummy.
- 6. Serve on plate covered with sour cream.
