Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups whole milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients.

Add remaining ingredients & stir together.

Drop by 1/2 cup onto hot ungreased griddle.

When there are a lot of bubbles on top, turn.

Remove when golden brown.
