Mini Oreo Cheesecakes Recipe

How to make it

  • Place paper liners in cupcake pan.
  • Set an Oreo cookie in the bottom of each liner.
  • In a bowl beat together the softened cream cheese, the sugar and the vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Spoon evenly over each cookie, about half full.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes @350.
  • Cool completely.
  • Finishing Options: Drizzle with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed cookies, top with a little frosting and a sprinkle of cookies, or top with frosting, drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with crushed cookies. They're all good!
