- 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 Cup water shopping list
- 2 1/2 Cups Cream Style cottage cheese shopping list
- 16 oz cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar,sifted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 oz Red Caviar,chilled shopping list
- Cocktail bread (and,or) crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Combine gelatin and water in pan,heat until gelatin dissolves.
- Press cottage cheese through sieve.
- In bowl,mix the cottage cheese,cream cheese,and sour cream until smooth.
- Beat in powdered sugar,and vanilla.
- Gradually blend about 1 cup of the cheese mixture into gelatin.
- Return to remaining cheese mixture,stir to combine.
- Place into a 5 cup mold,chill until firm.
- Unmold onto platter,top with caviar,have party bread and crackers adjoined.
