How to make it

  • Combine gelatin and water in pan,heat until gelatin dissolves.
  • Press cottage cheese through sieve.
  • In bowl,mix the cottage cheese,cream cheese,and sour cream until smooth.
  • Beat in powdered sugar,and vanilla.
  • Gradually blend about 1 cup of the cheese mixture into gelatin.
  • Return to remaining cheese mixture,stir to combine.
  • Place into a 5 cup mold,chill until firm.
  • Unmold onto platter,top with caviar,have party bread and crackers adjoined.
