How to make it

  • Melt the butter in a saute pan (if using bell pepper, stem, seed, and finely chop). Add the corn, and saute over medium-high heat, stirring, until the corn has lost most of its moisture (you can make creamed corn by adding some cream and letting it cook in). Taste. If the corn isn't sweet, add a pinch of sugar. Salt to taste, and serve.
