How to make it

  • Heat and clean your grill. place burners on medium-high
  • Husk the corn
  • Cook corn directly on the grill turning frequently. They are done once the corn starts to blacken
  • Mix together the cilantro, salt and chili powder. You can decide which flavors you would like to stand out. Some days I add more cilantro and other days I use more chili powder. Play around with the flavors.
  • Remove corn from the grill and butter
  • Sprinkle while rotating the corn with the cilantro mixture
  • Goes great with grilled chicken or steak

I love grilled corn-on-the-cob!! When I was a kid, at a beach, corn(in the husk) was buried in the sand with big rocks to hold the heat. It had kind of a smoky flavor, just fabulous! One of my parents' friends barbeque recipes, I guess. thank you for posting! 55555555555555555555
