Ingredients
  • four 6-inch pitas (may use Italian or garlic-flavored, if desired)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoe sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup pitted green olives, chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place pitas on baking sheet; bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until lightly toasted
  2. Spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce on each pita. Divide cheese and olives evenly, and sprinkle on top of pitas. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes more, until cheese is melted and bubbly
