					                How to make it 
                    - Trim asparagus.
 - Steam only until crisp (do not over cook)
 - Plate and serve with 1/2 a lemon
 - Squeeze lemon over asparagus and enjoy
 - DO NOT salt or pepper
 - Asparagus needs only the squeeze of the lemon to bring out it's perfection.
