  • Trim asparagus.
  • Steam only until crisp (do not over cook)
  • Plate and serve with 1/2 a lemon
  • Squeeze lemon over asparagus and enjoy
  • DO NOT salt or pepper
  • Asparagus needs only the squeeze of the lemon to bring out it's perfection.
