My Grands are banana nuts. We made this last night as our bedtime snack!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups vanilla soy milk
  • 3 large banana's, chopped into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • ~ ~
  • I would also have added strawberries to this but Burgundy ate the whole box after school.
  • Blueberries, peaches, plums, really any fruit could be added....

Directions
  1. Put the soy milk and banana's in the blender.
  2. Put the top on and turn it on high.
  3. Through the center hole add the cinnamon.
  4. Then add the splenda.
  5. Blend until well mixed, about 1 minute.
  6. Serve with graham crackers.
  7. This thickened up just right.
  8. I did notice that the milkshake that was not drunk at our snacktime darkened up.
  9. You may want to add a teaspoon lemon or lime juice to it to prevent that.
