How to make it

  • Cover large serving platter with lettuce then top with onions and oranges.
  • Add asparagus to a large pot of boiling water then cook 3 minutes and drain.
  • Immediately plunge asparagus into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking.
  • When completely cool and pat dry then place asparagus on top of lettuce.
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
