How to make it

  • put scallops,wine,water and seasoning. cook gently for 5 minutes
  • remove scallops. boil stock and reduce to half. fry mushroom in butter until soft. add flour and stir in stock.simmer gently until stock thickens. cut scallops and mushrooms iin small pieces. add to sauce. heat gently add cream. take off heat.
