- 4 large scallops with shells shopping list
- 3 oz dry white wine shopping list
- 1.4 pint water shopping list
- 4 oz mushrooms shopping list
- 1 oz butter shopping list
- 1 oz plain flour shopping list
- little cream shopping list
- small quantity of mashed potatoes shopping list
- piping bag with rose nozzle shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- put scallops,wine,water and seasoning. cook gently for 5 minutes
- remove scallops. boil stock and reduce to half. fry mushroom in butter until soft. add flour and stir in stock.simmer gently until stock thickens. cut scallops and mushrooms iin small pieces. add to sauce. heat gently add cream. take off heat.
- lightly grease scallop shells. devide scallop mixture equally among the 4 shells. put mashed potatoes in the piping bag. squeeze potatoes mash around the eadge of eachshell. sprinkle with the
- parmesan cheese. place under grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
