Fleishmanns 1 Dish Italian Cheese Pizza Bake

Ingredients
- Batter: shopping list
- Mazola PURE cooking spray shopping list
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 envelopes Fleischmann's® RapidRise yeast shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup very warm water (120°F to 130°F) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce shopping list
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4-inch thick shopping list
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Italian 5-cheese blend shopping list
- 1 teaspoon spice Islands® Italian herb seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- MIX* batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.
- TOP dough with pizza sauce. Evenly distribute fresh mozarella slices on sauce and top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
- BAKE by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350-degrees F. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
- *NOTE: If desired, batter may be mixed in a separate bowl and then transferred to the pie plate before proceeding as directed above.
