Treacle Pudding

- 5 rounded tablespoons self-raisng flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 tablespoons suet mix shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- milk shopping list
- golden syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the flour, sugar, suet mix, egg and enough milk to make a thick batter consistency.
- Grease a steam pudding basin and place a couple of tablespoons of goldensyrup in the bottom.
- Place batter mixture on top.
- Place lid on basin, then put the basin in a large saucepan of water and steam for 90 mins - 2 hours.
- When cooked turn out onto a plate and slice and serve with ice cream.
