Ingredients
  • 4 cups of salty cabbage, diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard, peferably Dijon
  • Dash of pepper to taste
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 round tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 long. loaf crispy toast, rounded and sliced 1″ from bottom
  • 1/2 pound of ham, wedges
  • 1/4 pound of salami, slices
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Mix cabbage with mayonnaise (3/4) and mustard to make a delicious coleslaw. Add to the cabbage, salt . Add dash of pepper to taste. Remove around 1″ round the inside bread and leave crust .
  2. Layer the rest of mayonnaise over the bread base and then put salami, tomato and the ham.
  3. Spread the cabbage mixture over the ham and finally covered with the bread head
  4. Make : 12 sandwiches
  5. get out the potato chips and beer! (or soda)
