Pan-fried lime and coriander tuna

- 4 tuna steaks shopping list
- juice and zest of 4 limes shopping list
- 40g chopped fresh coriander shopping list
- 40ml olive oil shopping list
- 40g mangetout shopping list
- 40g carrot shopping list
- 80g red onion shopping list
- 80g red pepper shopping list
- 80g pak choi shopping list
- 40g spring onion shopping list
- fresh basil and mint shopping list
- 240g cooked noodles shopping list
- (dressing) shopping list
- 40ml soy sauce shopping list
- 40g maple syrup shopping list
- 20ml Thai fish sauce shopping list
- 30ml sesame oil shopping list
- pinch finely chopped red chillies shopping list
How to make it
- Mix lime juice, coriander and olive oil.
- Add the tuna and leave to infuse for 3-4 hours.
- Finely shred mangetout, carrot, red onion, spring onion, pak choi and red pepper and mix together.
- Rip herbs into small strips.
- Mix all dressing ingredients together.
- Pan fry tuna for 1-3 mins each side.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Add veg to the pan and flash fry for 1-2 mins.
- Add cooked noodles.
- Place on a plate, add dressing and herbs with tuna on top.
