Pan-fried Lime And Coriander Tuna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tuna steaks
  • juice and zest of 4 limes
  • 40g chopped fresh coriander
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 40g mangetout
  • 40g carrot
  • 80g red onion
  • 80g red pepper
  • 80g pak choi
  • 40g spring onion
  • fresh basil and mint
  • 240g cooked noodles
  • (dressing)
  • 40ml soy sauce
  • 40g maple syrup
  • 20ml Thai fish sauce
  • 30ml sesame oil
  • pinch finely chopped red chillies

Directions
  1. Mix lime juice, coriander and olive oil.
  2. Add the tuna and leave to infuse for 3-4 hours.
  3. Finely shred mangetout, carrot, red onion, spring onion, pak choi and red pepper and mix together.
  4. Rip herbs into small strips.
  5. Mix all dressing ingredients together.
  6. Pan fry tuna for 1-3 mins each side.
  7. Remove and keep warm.
  8. Add veg to the pan and flash fry for 1-2 mins.
  9. Add cooked noodles.
  10. Place on a plate, add dressing and herbs with tuna on top.
