  • Wash the chicken.
  • squeeze the lemon on the chicken
  • add salt and pepper
  • let it marinate for 2 hours.anytime more is better.just remember,the lesser you let it marinate the more time it takes to cook
  • put oil in the saute pan.let it warm up.add the chicken and saute it for about 5 mins.shut off the gas and cover the lid for 2-3 mins.your lemon chicken is done!
