Stuffed Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

3 lbs ground Beef

1 cup crushed corn flakes

1/4 cup minced or fresh onion

1 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked flavor sea salt

1/2 cup Honey Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Recommended stuffing ingredients

Sliced Cheese (I like pepper jack best)

Mushrooms

Jalapeños

Onion

Garlic

BBQ Sauce

Salsa

Anything you would like on a burger or experiment a little

Directions

Mix 1st set of ingredients thoroughly, don’t be afraid to get your hands messy.

Form into shallow bowl shapes.

Place toppings in bowl shapes per personal preference

Fold burger bowl over stuffing and form into patty sealing edges.

Season outside to taste and cook on grill until done. (hint: if using cheese they are done when melted cheese starts oozing out)
