How to make it

  • First, in a large pot you wan to saute the zucchini, celery, carrots, and the onion(approx 20 min.)
  • Then in a small bowl you want to combine the flour and milik.
  • You want to keep mixing, once creamy, you can add back to soup.
  • Next you want to puree this mixture in a blender until smooth.
  • Then add pureed mixture to pot adding cream of mushrom soup, water, bouillon cubes and the sour cream.
  • White wine can also be added if desired.
  • Let this heat thorougly and ladle and serve!
