Crispy Ranch Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes with skin

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 package dry ranch dressing mix

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons fresh chives chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 then sliced potatoes into 1/4" thick slices and place in large bowl.

Add oil to potatoes and mix lightly then add dressing mix tossing to coat evenly.

Arrange potato slices in single layer on a greased baking sheet then bake 40 minutes.

Serve warm with sour cream and chives drizzled over top.
