Crispy Ranch Potatoes

- 4 large russet potatoes with skin shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 then sliced potatoes into 1/4" thick slices and place in large bowl.
- Add oil to potatoes and mix lightly then add dressing mix tossing to coat evenly.
- Arrange potato slices in single layer on a greased baking sheet then bake 40 minutes.
- Serve warm with sour cream and chives drizzled over top.
