How to make it

  • Brown meat lightly
  • add pepper strips and onions,saute
  • Add seasonings (herbs)
  • Add burgandy and stir together
  • add 2 cups water
  • add cider vinegar
  • Cover and simmer about 2 hours.
  • add vegetables.
  • Recover and simmer low about 30 minutes more.
  • Add flour and stir it in well.
  • Now add Orzo stir in well.
  • cook 10 minutes more
  • Stir and watch and add water as needed
  • stir and watch so it doesn't stick.
  • Enjoy,so good!
