My Own Beef Orzo Burgandy

- 1 lb. lean round beef sliced shopping list
- 1 med. onion sliced shopping list
- 1 large red pepper sliced in strips shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp. rosemary shopping list
- 2 tblsp. parsley shopping list
- 3 cups Burgandy wine shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- fresh black pepper shopping list
- kosher salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tlbs.cidar vinegar shopping list
- 1 tblsp. tomato paste shopping list
- 1 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 8 oz. baby carrots (frozen) shopping list
- 10 oz. baby frozen onion shopping list
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- about 6 oz. orzo pasta shopping list
- More water if needed shopping list
- olive oil to brown shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat lightly
- add pepper strips and onions,saute
- Add seasonings (herbs)
- Add burgandy and stir together
- add 2 cups water
- add cider vinegar
- Cover and simmer about 2 hours.
- add vegetables.
- Recover and simmer low about 30 minutes more.
- Add flour and stir it in well.
- Now add Orzo stir in well.
- cook 10 minutes more
- Stir and watch and add water as needed
- stir and watch so it doesn't stick.
