- I used homemade petroleum jelly (melted Crisco and beeswax) as a base.
- 15 drops Arnica oil
- 15 drops St. John's Wort oil
- 3 tablespoons camphor spirits or 4-8 drops camphor oil
- 8 drops lavender oil
- 1/4 cup aloe gel
- 4 drops Rosemary oil (I used homemade)
- 20 drops of chamomile oil (also homemade)

I put this mixture in fancy 4oz canning jars, filling them about 1/3 of the way full.
It is ready to use right away.
