lean meatloaf

thats a spicy meatloaf with new potatoes and a green veggie and homemade gravy
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey shopping list
- 1 lb ground sausage shopping list
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 grated onion shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 grated pepper, green,jalapeno, ancho, you name it shopping list
- 2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp powdered garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nusalt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon bits shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 450degrees
- mix well rice through bacon bits in large bowl
- add 1lb turkey fold in
- repeat
- add ground sausage fold in
- lightly oil 1lb meatloaf pan
- use half of mixture in pan press in and flip onto oiled cookie sheet
- repeat
- bake in oven 30 minutes
- turn oven to 250 degrees
- open oven door carefully and remove sheet place on countertop
- divide ketchup on top of both loaves and spread with knife
- return to oven for 20 - 30 minutes
- set on counter for 10 minutes and slice
