choclolate pistachio fudge

- 12 oz dark chocolate 80% cocoa solids. chopped shopping list
- 14 oz can condenzed milk shopping list
- 1 oz butter shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 6 oz unsalted pistachios shells removed shopping list
How to make it
- .turn heat on low. in a heavy-bootom sauce pan put the first 4 ingredients.and stir until melted and well combined. place pistachios in a strong freezer bag ,seal and use a rolling pin until the all the pistachios broken into big and small pieces. add the pistachios to the chocolate mixture and stir well. pour mixture ina 9''
- square tray. smooth the top with a wet palette knife. let the fudge cool and then place in the refrigerator until set. cut into 1'' pieces. will make about 40-50 pieces. you can freeze them and eat them frozen......
