How to make it

  • Note: I normally do not measure anything when I cook so measure things according to your taste.
  • Heat beans in a pan on the stove at medium heat until they get soft
  • While beans are cooking, smash a clove of garlic in a mixing bowl
  • Pour the beans in the bowl and mix them with the garlic
  • Smash the beans until they look more like a paste than beans
  • Pour lemon juice (maybe 1/2 tsp or so) into the mixture and mix together
  • Pour tahini sauce into the mixture and mix
  • Pour olive oil to taste on top of the ful.
  • Eat with arab bread
